ABOUT
HI! I'M LAUREN JAEGER,
I am the founder of Shore College Counseling. I have over ten years experience working with students and families in both high-school and college settings. I have built strong relationships with Admission Counselors in the area and have visited countless college campuses. I offer individualized college counseling services based on your student's academic, social, and emotional needs.
Shore College Counseling strives to support students with the entire college application and selection process. We will work together to formulate a feasible plan to ensure that students feel supported and confident when searching for a school and an academic program.

HOW IT WORKS
UPON INITIAL
TRANSCRIPT REVIEW,
students will be assisted with securing a solid list of safety, target, and reach schools. Students will then gain support completing applications, preparing for interviews, creating resumes, and writing essays. I also offer sessions specific to selecting a major, showing demonstrated interest, and securing letters of recommendations.
SERVICES
SENIORS SESSIONS:
- Transcript and standardized test score review - Assistance finalizing a college list - Creation of application deadline list - Completion of resume - Completion of common application - Essay brainstorming, revising, and editing.
SUBMISSION SESSIONS:
- Guidance creating and completing common applications. - Support completing additional applications on college websites. - Final essay review and edits. - One on one assistance submitting applications and test scores directly to colleges on the application list.
JUNIOR PLANNING SESSIONS:
- Transcript and standardized test score review - Assistance creating a list of Safety, Target, and Reach Schools -Tips on writing a “demonstrated interest” statement to share with College Admission Counselors - Advice on securing Teacher & Counselor Letters of Recommendations - Essay & Resume brainstorming ideas - Creation of a “to-do list” to organize action items to complete by the end of the school year.
COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGES
